Section 30 of My Great Recipes is all about cooking with wine, sherry, and other “spirits” – hence the section title of Cooking with Spirits. This is another of the smaller sections.

  • Cinnamon Duck with Prunes, 30-1 (Rum)
  • Card 2 is missing
  • Chilled Honeydew and Strawberries, 30-3 (Kirsch or brandy)
  • Vegetables in Wine, 30-4 (White Wine)
  • Raisin Wine Pie, 30-5 (Ruby Port)
  • Wine Baked Pears and Wine Spiced Prunes, 30-6 (Red Wine, Port, Madeira)
  • Rum Flambeed Strawberries, 30-7 (Sweet Sherry or Port plus Golden Rum)
  • Baked Apples with Rum Raisin Filling, 30-8 (Dark Rum)
  • Crepes Suzette, 30-9 (Orange-Flavored Liqueur)
