This recipe is from the “Red Plastic Recipe Box” collection. This box was $6 at an estate sale. It is red and plastic, hence the inventive name “Red Plastic Recipe Box.”
It’s difficult to read this recipe card. The writing is cursive and fading. It seems like it says 1 tablespoon gelatin, but other recipes I check for Pineapple Bavarian Creme refer to 1 3 oz package.
