Apple Torte 1954
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup all purpose flour sifted
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups apples diced
- 1/2 cup nuts chopped
Instructions

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.

Beat eggs; add sugar and vanilla; mix well.

Fold in dry ingredients, apples, and nuts.

Turn into well-greased and floured 8" square baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
